When: On the same Friday as Chants for Unity (see Calendar for dates)

Time: 6:30 pm
Where:  Starbucks at Eubank and Candelaria
Then over to USC for the Chants for Unity at 7:00 PM. 
 
Book Study
When: Starting February 7, then every Tuesday
Time:  6:00 pm

We will be studying Pocket Peace by Allan Lokos.  This book is a collection of more than 50 concise spiritual practices, distilled from a Buddhist teaching, that can help one think, speak, and act wisely in life's most challenging situations. These practices, small enough to fit in a pocket yet powerful enough to change a life, can uplift the spirit, help one deal with disappointment and anger, and bring inner peace and greater happiness.
