Peace Team

We are talking about the First Peace Proposal during 2012.  This will be a 12 month discussion group proposal on learning about peace for yourself.  We are working on getting our State Representatives to co-sponsor a Cabinet level Department of Peace and Nonviolence in the House and to introduce it in the Senate.  We believe intention on prevention is better than putting out fires.  The Defense Department is necessary, but that should not be all we do.

We also do the yearly Peace Fair to celebrate the International Day of Peace.  We have in the past done a series of peace mediations in that month also.
