 brings years of experience as a Grief Counselor to this work.  \n \nThur
 sdays\, 11:00 to Noon\, Trish Miller\, Certified Grief Facilitator\, is t
 he facilitator of our Grief Support Group. \nHave you ever wondered\, "Wh
 at is a “Grief Support Group”?\nA Grief Support Group is a place you c
 an come and tell your story of loss\, whatever that loss may be (friend\, 
 pet\, family\, job\, divorce\, health\, etc.).  It’s a safe place where
  confidentiality is primary and the sharing of our stories is kept within 
 the group and not shared. And everyone is welcome.\nTelling our stories of
  loss\, no matter how hard\, frustrating and scary it may be\, helps our b
 odies release old and stagnant emotions that get stuck in our bodies. Rel
 easing our emotions of loss allows room for new lighter emotions.\nIt’s 
 like the Biblical story in Luke 5:37-39\n"And no one puts new wine into ol
 d wineskins\; or else the new wine will burst the wineskins and be spilled
 \, and the wineskins will be ruined. But new wine must be put into new win
 eskins\, and both are preserved. And no one\, having drunk old wine\, imme
 diately desires new\; for he says\, 'The old is better."\nYou are invited 
 to join our Grief Support Group every Thursday at 11-12 p.m. at Unity Spir
 itual Center in the main building. The Use the CommUnity Room South door o
