Dear Unity Family,
Lately, life has felt heavy for many people. The news, personal challenges, uncertainty, responsibilities, and the general “stuff” of life can leave us feeling less like we are in the flow and more like we are in the blender.
And there is a difference
This Sunday, we are going to take a deep breath together and explore what it means to be “Being In the Flow.”
In Unity, we teach that Divine Good is always present and always moving. Our spiritual work is not to force life, control every outcome, or push the river upstream. Our work is to align with the flow of Spirit already within us — the flow of wisdom, love, creativity, peace, abundance, and joy.
Being in the flow does not mean life is perfect. It does not mean we never face challenges. It means we learn to move through life with greater trust, openness, humor, and faith. It means we stop fighting the current and begin listening for divine guidance.
This Sunday’s lesson will be fun, practical, and uplifting, with wisdom from Unity, other spiritual traditions, a little science, and maybe even a reminder that sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is breathe before sending the email.
Join us as we remember that we are not alone, we are not unsupported, and we are not outside the reach of good.
The flow of Divine Good is already here. Together we affirm: “I relax into the flow of Divine Good. I am guided, supported, and free.”
